Location was very busy; however, the staff opened the second bay to shorten wait time. My vehicle was serviced by Eli. He was very professional and helpful. Service went well and quick once in the bay. Thank you!

Had a great experience when I came in for my oil change today for my 25 yr old truck. Eli was the technician that greeted me and ensured all the fluids were topped off, checked literally everything basically under the hood, took his time and made sure everything was operating correctly. They obviously have reliable staff here that know what their doing. I've gone other places where they dont even check the air in the tires. This valvoline made it so I felt good leaving knowing my truck had a proper oil change and everything was looked at to ensure I wasnt missing anything crucial. I highly recommend. I usually do my own oil changes but I come here periodically when I dont have the time or patience to do it myself.

I’ve had good experiences with Valvoline in my hometown so I thought I would have a similar experience in Coeur d’Alene. When I arrived, there was an employee yelling at cars in the adjacent Dutch Brothers drive thru (even though the cars had no where to move, they were in the drive thru) because the employee wanted to move his private car from his parking space. Once I got into a bay, my Full Service Oil change lasted less than 7 minutes. My invoice says that my tire pressure was checked and my oil maintenance light was reset - when I know that it didn’t actually happen. It makes me question what services I actually did get for this $100 fee.

My first visit yesterday with these guys, and I am happy with the service all around. The speed was impressive and the prices were surprisingly lower than other places I've been. A shout out to Eli and Jax who took care of me, those guys Rock!!

These guys are awesome. Every single time I go there, the service is fast and efficient. They offer extended services without pressuring, and they are super friendly and polite. Also, I feel the price is very reasonable. I love this place and will continue to go here.
